Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Signvillenz Limited. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including signwriting, sign design, and installation. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Ultimately, we will aim to positively resolve any issues with you and operate with integrity and transparency.  We hope to not have to 'fall back on' terms in any dispute as relationships and finding resolution is more important to us.  The terms do however explain how we operate and mutual expectations (yours and ours).

1. Services Provided

We offer custom signwriting, graphic design, and installation services for commercial and personal use. All services are subject to availability and project approval.

2. Quotations and Payments

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • A deposit may be required before work commences.

  • Full payment is due as per individual invoices provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Design Approval

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before production.

  • Once approved, any changes may incur additional charges.

  • We are not liable for errors in approved artwork.

4. Installation

  • Installation dates are subject to weather and site conditions.

  • Clients must ensure the installation site is accessible and safe.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All original designs remain the property of Signvillenz Limited unless otherwise agreed.  

  • Clients may not reproduce or modify designs without written permission.

6. Warranties and Liability

  • We provide a 12 month warranty on materials and workmanship.

  • We are not liable for damage due to misuse, vandalism, or environmental factors.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable if work has commenced.

  • Refunds are at our discretion based on the stage of the project.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
